order to keep up with this drastically changing
period, we have set a goal oa supplying just

cheaply and safely to satisfy the customers' needs.

systems,endeavou- ring to fulfill customers' requests.
We,
as a manufacturer of industrial heaters,always welcome
any kind of consulta- tion regarding different needs
from trial procusts to mass production.

| As we head for
the 21st century,we will do our best to build a
unique company. As a "manugacturer",we
produce ceramic ingrared sheath heaters as well
as alminum(iron/brass)casting heaters. It has been
proven that the efficiency of the former type of
heaters is drstically increased by the ceramic coating.1)*

| The wavelength
of an infrared ray is between 0.75u to 1,000u. Whitch
wavelengths in this range are best for the human body,
plastic or paint? We will continue making efforts to acquire
more knowl-edge about these questions in order to further
improve our products. |
| As
for the other cast-in hearers, iron is being replaced
by other materials such as plastics or ceramics. Recen-tly,
engineering plastics which witystand very high temperatures
are attracting attention. |
| It
is said that very high temperature over 400 degrees C
is required to heat and mold engineering plastics. For
this pur- pose, our cast-in hearers with cooling water
tubes are helpful. |
| Aside
from these high technologies, customers often re- quest
heating system for extruders and deis, or heating for
water and oil by the first thing in the morning. In order
to meat these requirements, we would like establish a
quick supplying system by dealing with more standard heaters.
Other requests from customers include an insulator, a
themo-couple, or three meters of heat-proof lead line,etc. |

| Sometimes they want to
have thermimeters repaired, need ten meters of heater
for piping, a Sensby, two Robert Show, or heaters from
other manugacturers, even from other countries. |
| AIMING FOR TOTAL ENGINEERING
BASED ON HEATERS |
| Our final goal is energy-saving
plant engineering which consists of processing mechanical
and electrical parts, painting, drying and finishing,
as well as heating take-back systems and giant dryer circulation
heaters using ceram- ic infrared heaters. Wd will make
use of the knowledge and experience obtained through manufacturing
and sell- ing heaters to accomplish our goal. |
